Nurturing bright beginnings through play, care, and early learning experiences that inspire every child to grow with confidence.
Explore Our Programs
Little Hands Childcare proudly serves children from 8 weeks to 12 years old, offering age-appropriate learning experiences for every stage. We welcome all families and uphold a non-discrimination policy, creating an inclusive environment where every child is supported and respected.
Our lessons follow the Frog Street Curriculum which emphasizes small group instruction tailored to each child’s developmental needs. Spanish lessons, field trips, and hands-on activities are woven into the day, inspiring curiosity and creativity.
We also offer before and aftercare services for an additional fee, summer camp programs, and a variety of enriching experiences throughout the year. An annual, non-refundable enrollment fee secures placement in each age group. Full tuition and fee policies are provided during the enrollment process.
Infants | 8 wks - 11 mos
In our Baby Room, infants benefit from gentle, individualized care and consistent routines. Sensory play, tummy time, and early motor activities support healthy development in a safe, nurturing space.

This stage is all about discovery. Young toddlers explore the world through play while building language, social skills, and coordination. A mix of guided and open-ended activities encourages creativity and independence.
Older Toddlers | 3 yrs
We channel natural energy and curiosity into purposeful learning. Children strengthen problem-solving, early literacy, and emotional skills, with potty training support included to ease the preschool transition.
Preschool | 4 yrs
Through hands-on learning and creative play, preschoolers prepare for kindergarten with growing confidence. We focus on early academics, critical thinking, and social development in a supportive setting.
School-Aged | 5 – 12 yrs
Designed to extend learning beyond the classroom, our program offers before and aftercare, homework help, and enrichment during school breaks. Kids build leadership, independence, and strong peer connections.

What Learning Looks Like
At Little Hands Childcare, learning happens through play, exploration, and age-appropriate instruction. We follow the Frog Street Curriculum, which is thoughtfully designed to align with developmental milestones and support growth across all domains.
Each day, children engage in foundational skills such as language development, early math, and reading readiness—alongside enriching experiences in science, nature, music, and art. Activities like cooking, Spanish, sensory play, and hands-on discovery nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Physical development is supported through movement-based games that build coordination and strengthen large motor skills. Daily curriculum plans are posted for families to stay informed and involved in their child’s journey.
